Nok Out is not a cover-up, scent, or enzymatic deodorizer, and cannot be used like other deodorizers. In order to convert the offending odor, it must contact the problem.

Nok Out is non-toxic, biodegradable, non-staining, non-corrosive. It is wonderful for those who suffer from allergies - Nok Out is also hypoallergenic.

Carpet and Upholstery

IMPORTANT!! Test first on inconspicuous area for color fastness.

Enzymes, such as those found in Resolve and Nature's Way, must be completely removed from the fibers prior to applying any Nok Out solution. Process: a) steam clean with water, b) test for colorfastness, and c) steam clean with Nok Out solution of 4-8 ounces of Nok Out to 1 gallon of steam cleaning solution.

If vinegar or other acidic solution has been used to clean the area within the last 2-3 days, pre-treat with 1/2- 1 teaspoon of baking soda to 1 quart of water.

For large areas, a power mister/fogger does the job. For isolated areas, pour or spray Nok Out on the area to the point of saturating the pad (there is no need to over-saturate, however). Spray or pour directly on concrete under padding for stubborn odors. To steam clean, add 4-8 ounces of Nok Out to each gallon of steam cleaning solution.

Nok Out may be injected with a syringe. Insert needle through both carpet and pad, releasing approximately 2 ounces of product every six to eight square inches.
Floors, Counters and Walls For best results, fog the entire area regularly. Otherwise, spray or wash with Nok Out cleaning solution of 1/2 cup of Nok Out per gallon of water.
Bathrooms Spray the air or wash surfaces liberally with Nok Out cleaning solution to deodorize and eliminate odor problems.
Faucets, Door Knobs, Trash Cans, etc. Spray or wash with Nok Out cleaning solution to help deodorze and fight the spread of problems.
Drains Spray all surfaces of drainpipe and cover. Can also fog the area to penetrate deeply into drain pipe(s).
Kitchens Spray or wash all surfaces to deodorize and clean the area. Spray in the air to eliminate malodors. Simply spray your hands, cutting boards, knives and the air after handling even the strongest odors, such as onion, garlic or fish.
Garbage Disposals Pour Nok Out directly in food disposals.
Trash Cans Liberally spray the container and/or plastic liner. Spray garbage as needed.
Laundry Add about 4 ounces of Nok Out to water of each load.
Air Duct System Spray filters and vents with Nok Out, with 20 ouncers over entire filter every ten days. Fogging on a regular basis will also help penetrate through all corridors of an air duct system.
Humidifiers Add 4 ounces of Nok Out to each gallon of water in a humidifier to deodorize and enhance the air quality.
Microwaves, Ovens, Refigerators Wipe or spray on surfaces to remove malodors. Will also assist in removing stubborn baked-on food.
