Nok Out is not a cover-up, scent, or enzymatic deodorizer, and cannot be used like other deodorizers. In order to convert the offending odor, it must contact the problem.

IMPORTANT!! Test first on inconspicuous area for color fastness. Spray Nok Out directly onto carpeting using a dilution ratio of 1:1 with water. For large area, a power mister/fogger does the job. |

Pet Odors Stubborn Odor Problems |
IMPORTANT!! Test first on inconspicuous area for color fastness. Enzymes, such as those found in Resolve and Nature's Way, must be completely removed from the fibers prior to applying any Nok Out solution. Process: a) steam clean with water, b) test for colorfastness, and c) steam clean with Nok Out solution of 4-8 ounces of Nok Out to 1 gallon of steam cleaning solution. If vinegar or other acidic solution has been used to clean the area within the last 2-3 days, pre-treat with 1/2- 1 teaspoon of baking soda to 1 quart of water. For large areas, a power mister/fogger does the job. For isolated areas, pour or spray Nok Out on the area to the point of saturating the pad (there is no need to over-saturate, however). Spray or pour directly on concrete under padding for stubborn odors. To steam clean, add 4-8 ounces of Nok Out to each gallon of steam cleaning solution. Nok Out may be injected with a syringe. Insert needle through both carpet and pad, releasing approximately 2 ounces of product every six to eight square inches. |
