Nok Out is not a cover-up, scent, or enzymatic deodorizer, and cannot be used like other deodorizers. In order to convert the offending odor, it must contact the problem.

Nok Out is non-toxic, biodegradable, non-staining, non-corrosive. It is wonderful for those who suffer from allergies - Nok Out is also hypoallergenic.

Clothes Use directly on clothing to deodorize and effectively clean the area. (Test first on inconspicuous area for color fastness.)
Laundry Add about 4 ounces of Nok Out to water of each load.
Diaper Pails and Trash Cans Liberally spray the countainer. If pre-soaking diapers or clothing, add 1/2 cup of Nok Out per gallon of water.
Bedding Wash linens using "Laundry" instructions above. Spray directly on mattresses should and accident occur, using enough Nok Out to penetrate where the urine has gone.
Carpet and Upholstery

IMPORTANT!! Test first on inconspicuous area for color fastness.

Enzymes, such as those found in Resolve and Nature's Way, must be completely removed from the fibers prior to applying any Nok Out solution. Process: a) steam clean with water, b) test for colorfastness, and c) steam clean with Nok Out solution of 4-8 ounces of Nok Out to 1 gallon of steam cleaning solution.

If vinegar or other acidic solution has been used to clean the area within the last 2-3 days, pre-treat with 1/2- 1 teaspoon of baking soda to 1 quart of water.

For large areas, a power mister/fogger does the job. For isolated areas, pour or spray Nok Out on the area to the point of saturating the pad (there is no need to over-saturate, however). Spray or pour directly on concrete under padding for stubborn odors. To steam clean, add 4-8 ounces of Nok Out to each gallon of steam cleaning solution.

Nok Out may be injected with a syringe. Insert needle through both carpet and pad, releasing approximately 2 ounces of product every six to eight square inches.
Toys Either spray directly on the toy or wash in the Nok Out cleaning solution of 1/2 cup of Nok Out per gallon of water. Will help prevent the spread of odor sources.
Urine, Diarrhea, Vomit and Blood 1) Spray the area, 2) Spray the problem, and 3) Clean up the problem. Completely remove blood from area using cold water prior to applying Nok Out.
Changing Tables Spray directly on the surface or wash in the Nok Out cleaning solution. Use Nok Out after every use to deodorize.
Floors, Counters and Walls For best results, fog the entire area every evening. Otherwise, spray or wash with Nok Out cleaning solution.
Bathrooms Deodorize after each use.
Traveling For immediate felief while traveling, such as diapers, vomit, pet accidents and spills: spray the air, spray directly on area and then clean the area. Spray directly on contents of diaper to eliminate lingering odor.
